What Happens After Your Purchase?

Step 1: Order Confirmation

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive two (2) emails:

Email #1: Your Order Confirmation (purchase receipt).

Email #2: Your Download Email, which contains your purchased file(s) as an attachment or download link.

Immediate Download Instruction

Once you have confirmed that you have received both emails, your purchase is available for immediate download.

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click My Account located in the upper-right corner of the website.

3. Select Downloads from the drop-down menu.

4. A list of your purchased downloads will appear.

5. Scroll all the way to the right side of the page. (Depending on your device, you may need to use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the screen.)

6. Locate the Download icon on the far right and click it. (The icon may vary depending on the device you are using.)

7. Your file will begin downloading. Follow your device's prompts to save the file to your computer, tablet, or phone.

Success! Your order has now been downloaded and is ready to use.
